Meeting Code of Honor:
We respect the privacy of others and honor their anonymity
We are considerate and supportive to each other and understand we are all at different stages of diagnosis or recovery
Our meeting time is limited; however, we wish everyone the opportunity to ask our speaker personal health questions; therefore, sharing personal stories with each other is best either before or after the meetings.
We encourage each other to exchange contact information and to share positive personal experiences with one another for support and encouragement
We are good listeners and understanding friends but we never give medical advice
Our guest speakers and our group facilitators volunteer their time and we appreciate their efforts
We attend meetings to help empower ourselves and others towards a healthy recovery.

Simply, We See the Need to Do More
The diagnosis of a pituitary tumor and/or an endocrine disorder is often a frightening, life altering experience that can affect many aspects of one’s quality of life.
The Brain Tumor Center is sponsoring a free support group that will meet every other month in the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA.
Our medical professionals and volunteers will provide current and accurate information about pituitary health, along with emotional guidance and support.
We aim to empower those who have been affected by pituitary disorders through information, clinical resources, and through our own experiences.
With the right tools and a willingness to seek help, we believe it possible to have a satisfying and productive life while dealing with a pituitary condition.
We look forward to the opportunity to combine efforts with you and your family in your healthy recovery.
